Those are the things at the top of Chris McPhee’s list when he creates the tasting menus for Ralph’s. We want to offer the finest in sustainable dining with our hand-crafted tasting menus, and the ingredients in every dish come from the finest local suppliers.

We also offer a wine pairing to accompany the tasting menu, with each glass carefully selected by our in-house Sommelier, Donald Lewis.
