Meet Chef Chris
A truly talented Scotsman born and raised on the Isle of Skye.
Starting out his career as a humble kitchen porter in a seafood restaurant, Chris’s skills have taken him to kitchens all over the UK and most notably, appearing on MasterChef 2018 and a semi- finalist in the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts competition.
Chris is extremely passionate about using local suppliers to keep food miles down as well as growing his own produce where possible, so if he isn’t in the kitchen, you’ll find him in the garden!
Chris’s cooking style is best described as clean and seasonal; keeping produce as close to its natural state as possible.
